YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy information.
How Fortex Vision handles quotation enquiries and the details you choose to share.
Why we use your information
FORTEX VISION TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C S.O.C uses information you submit to review your enquiry, contact you and prepare or discuss a quotation.
Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, phone number, optional email address, property location, service, preferred timing and project description. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.
How your enquiry is handled
Enabled form submissions are delivered to the company’s configured enquiry email. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Enquiries may be kept in the company mailbox for follow-up and business records. Online form delivery is enabled only after mailbox setup and receipt verification.
Your choices
You may ask the company to correct or delete your enquiry information using the contact details on this website or by replying to its correspondence, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp links open a third-party service. Opening a prepared WhatsApp link shares the text in that link with WhatsApp so it can prepare the chat. You choose whether to send the message to Fortex Vision. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms.
Location map
The embedded location map is provided by OpenStreetMap and loads only when you select Show location map. Displaying it connects to OpenStreetMap and its map services, which receive connection information such as your IP address and apply their own privacy terms. The separate directions link opens Google Maps and connects to Google only when you follow it. These providers apply their own privacy terms.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The online form uses a temporary session cookie for abuse prevention. The server also keeps a request counter keyed by a hash of your IP address and the current hour. It does not store enquiry content in those counters. Counter files are eligible for deletion after two hours and are cleaned when the form is used. Hosting providers may keep their own security and access logs. No advertising or analytics tracking is included.
Website visuals
The architectural images are illustrative concept renders. They explain the service areas and are not photographs of completed Fortex projects, clients or properties.
